Whipped Ricotta Crostini with Grilled Fruit

Light – tasty – and full of flavor – perfect for the holidays, dinner with friends, or just a night-in binging on Netflix.

  • 1tsp milk
  • 6oz ricotta
  • 2 apples, pears, pineapple, or other favorite fruit
  • Crostini (store bought or made in-house)

Preheat your grill to 375 (you can also sear the fruit on the stove)

In a bowl, mix together the ricotta and milk till its smooth and has a little fluff to it.

Brush fruit with olive oil and grill until the juices are seeping out and fruit starts caramelizing. Flip over and grill 3 minutes more or until desired doneness.

Lay out crostini on a platter and add a dollop of ricotta then place the fruit on top. Drizzle with glaze and voila! Real, tasty and simple.
