Ironically, I had never made roasted garlic until last year. Wwhhhatt? Crazy, I know. Not only is it super easy, but its incredibly delicious. Spreadable, delectable, eatable – you name it roasted garlic has it.
Not only does it make you want to eat it with a spoon (no judging here) but it sweetens up the sharpness so even the pickiest eaters will devour it. I’ve used it in soups, salads, dressings, entrees, and appetizers. Not sure if it’s dessert do-able, but you never know.

Recipe
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp olive oil
Preheat oven to 400.
Cut the top off the garlic clove and set aside. Place clove on top of a piece of tinfoil and drizzle with the oil. Add the top on again, and wrap up in tinfoil.
Place in the oven for 25 minutes. Let cool and squeeze onto bread, add to your sauce, or grab the aforementioned spoon. Again – no judging.
Bon Appetit!
