This is a super easy and delicious salad to make for a filling lunch or casual dinner. We had some leftover steaks from the other night, and figured we’d try to add a little pizzazz to our plain ol’ Caesar-ish salad. I say -ish because we didn’t have a traditional Caesar dressing but we did have romaine, croutons, parmesan and a delicious home made (sort of) ranch dressing drizzle.

Recipe
- 1-2 leftover steaks
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- 1 cup croutons
- 1/4 cup Ranch, Caesar or dressing of your choice
Tear your Romaine into bite-sized pieces, and chop up your steaks. To assemble, place the lettuce on a plate and sprinkle the cheese, croutons and steak across the lettuce. Drizzle some dressing across the top and voila! Delicious steak salad.
Tip – add any extra carrots, tomatoes, and cucumbers for extra crunch!
Bon Appetit!
